My years of experience and training allow me to creatively blend elements from different theoretical perspectives and approaches, clinical common sense and appreciation for the body-mind connection in a way that best meets the needs of the person with whom I work.
I have expertise in working on a range of emotional issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, adoption and issues of cultural adaptation and immigration.
I offer individual psychotherapy to adults 18 and older. My clients come from many different cultural backgrounds, walks of life and sexual orientations. I work particularly well with people in the creative community.
